Aurelia had spoken only once since arriving on the Lexington, to say "Replicator, tea, Earl Grey, hot." She sat going over something on her own PADD as the other officers talked.
After a minute, Krystal started tapping on the table.
"Something feels off," she said. "Elric should have been here by now..."
Aurelia looked up immediately. "You think so? Where was he going, d'you know?"

What do you do when somebody goes into meditation and doesn't come out?
Where's the only place in the universe that Romulus still exists?
Can you cope when your minds are playing tricks on you?
Nat motioned for Graff to stop. "I... I don't understand... wait..."
11 of 14 scanned Nat. She raised an eyebrow. "Nat, you've got chroniton particles, particularly in your brain."
Nat looked over. "So are these... visions? Am I seeing the future? Or..." he turned to Krystal. "Has the Lexington's bridge ever been torn open by a Borg cutting beam?"
"Is it still happening? What exactly are you seeing?" Aurelia breaks off, struck by a thought. "Can you look at the clock and tell me what time and date it says?"

Nat sat there, confused. "See what time and date it is... then? I..."
...
"...it's gone. Too late to figure out when that was or will be, I guess."
He turned to 11 of 14, then back to Krystal. "Scan Krystal too. I think I have an idea about all this."
11 of 14 raised an eyebrow. "Oh?"
Nat replied. "After all, they did say time went by a lot faster inside the Chronostorm. I suppose it's possible that when they returned us to "normal" time, we didn't quite align with it properly; I can see the future, and Krystal seems to have been developing powers a lot faster than she should have. It all makes sense now!"
11 of 14 turned to Krystal, holding the tricorder, ready to scan. "Do you mind?"
11 of 14 scanned Krystal. "You too, actually. You've got chronitons all over you. If Nat's right, they may explain why those powers you apparently have are developing so quickly..."
"Since she was recommissioned after an extensive refit. Couple years," Krystal replied. "I think she was gutted in a battle, and they took the opportunity to bump her up to at least Regent class specifications."
Nat looked up at Krystal. "Welp, turns out we get the Firestorm back, somehow, so I suppose things with mirror Nat and Admiral Nat end reasonably well, with me and my crew being reassigned to the Firestorm," he said turning to 11 of 14, "with you as a commander and chief engineer again," he continued turning to Krystal again, "but we get assimilated somehow and rampage across Deferi space, assimilating and/or killing tens of thousands."
Elric found himself in a darkened starship holding cell, with no idea where he was. Looking around, his first thought was to find a method of escape. While feeling the walls for a hidden control panel, he was suddenly surprised to see an emblem decorated on the side; one he recognized immediately. The Terran Empire.
"Something feels off," she said. "Elric should have been here by now..."

Yeah, check with ESD about Elric. I have something else to check up on..."

He got up and walked over to a comm panel nearby, evidently contacting Starfleet Command. After a few minutes, he came back.
"Nothing, apparently. Maybe I'm just going crazy, or..."
His eyes widened. "Wha..."
He practically fell back into his chair. "Oh no..."
