Krystal was... she looked like hell. She was unconcious, her uniform was almost totally shredded, and she had been beaten. There was also evidence of a more... personal attack. *** The Betazoid fought back and tried to destroy the MACO's mind.
The Betazoid stopped the mental assault and proceeded to try and overpower the MACO physically. *** Krystal was in bad shape, clearly been abused in multiple ways. Physically she had broken bones in one arm, a couple broken ribs, and lots of brusing all over her body. There was also evidence that she had been strangled a couple times, and... other... things...
The MACO swung his right arm at the Betazoid, intending to punch him in the face.

Krystal was rushed to sickbay, where 8 of 14 then scanned over her himself, and started ordering around medical staff in various operations to take care of her, then called up Admiral Nat on the comms. "Admiral, you might want to come down here. It's bad."
The admiral was silent for a moment. "That does sound bad. I'll be there shortly."
By the time the admiral arrived, the medical personnel had already changed Krystal into the typical patient's attire, which the admiral took note of as he turned to 8 of 14. "So what happened?"
"The kind of case I don't like seeing at any time of the day," 8 of 14 replied, sighing. "Broken bones in one arm. Broken ribs. A lot of bruises in particular, and I don't even want to go into the details of what else that Betazoid did to her... I wouldn't let him go free anytime soon."
Nat's eyes widened as he turned to a MACO standing guard. "Did they catch him?"
The MACO's personal shields flared up, defending the MACO from the phaser blast as a trio of Omega Operations decloaked and lunged at the Betazoid, knocking him, as one of the Operatives punched him hard, knocking him out cold.

The MACO nodded. "They just got him. They'll bring him down to the brig for questioning."
U.S.S. Sally, Brig
The Betazoid had been restrained into a chair, arms and legs tied down with metallic clamps of some Cardassian design. A pair of MACOs stood guard, pointing weapons at the Betazoid, as the admiral and another MACO entered. The admiral glared down the Betazoid, evidently very angry with him. "What the hell did you do?"
Nat continued glaring. "So I hear you're the Betazoid from the Chronostorm, and apparently, they encountered you on the I.S.S. Lexington during a certain mission there, and apparently, you worked for your universe's Leeta. How many spies do your people have in our universe?"
"Who said I knew anything?" the Betazoid said with a smirk. "I was just doing my duty and ensuring the loyalty of the Lexington. And that had... fringe benefits."
Admiral Nat sighed sarcastically and shrugged. "Welp, he's not answering my questions."
The door opened, revealing a fairly tall Cardassian male, wearing an Odyssey uniform, but with black as the division color. The badge, too, stood out from the rest of the crew, as it was a lot darker. The Cardassian, a lieutenant commander, was smiling. A very twisted smile, which the admiral ignored as he walked out the door followed by a MACO, waving to the eerie officer. "Find out everything he knows. Try to follow our guidelines about the treatment of prisoners this time?"
The Cardassian nodded and walked over, past the Betazoid, sitting down at a desk behind him, pressing a button that caused the chair to rotate around. He pressed another button, and four lights lit up, all hanging from the ceiling over the Cardassian, shining light into the Betazoid's eyes. The Cardassian smiled. "I am Commander Patar. Remember that. First question! How many lights do you see?"
Patar laughed, then suddenly, and abruptly, punched the Betazoid across the face, hitting him with enough force to fling him across the room, but the restraints prevented him from moving. The Cardassian smiled at him. "Wrong answer."
The Betazoid just laughed. "You're nothing," he taunted. "I've spent years time locked in an Agony Booth. You think Cardassian Torture is going to do anything?" *** There was no way Krystal should be coming around on her own, but it seemed that that was exactly what was happening.
The Cardassian laughed for a moment, then went silent. "Word has it you were there for millennia. I'm surprised you're even able to think now... then again, your people never could think, could they? No, they just do things, like animals..."
"And why should I?" the Betazoid spat. "What could you possibly do to me that I haven't already endured for so long?" *** Krystal started thrashing as if she was trying to fight off an attacker.
The Cardassian grinned maniacally. "You've got to break sometime. Besides, I've never gotten to experiment on a Betazoid before. Sure, you won't tell me what we all want to know, which gives me excuse to keep experimenting on you infinitely. How do you like that?"
***
The medical staff tried to calm her down. "Captain, you're safe now!"
The Betazoid just gave him a dark smile. "Would you risk the pretty Trill woman's mind to do it?" he said. *** Krystal continued to thrash, actually striking one of the nurses in a blind fear response.

"You should have left!" a male called out. "Leave or I kill her."

The MACO fought back with apparent telepathic abilities of it's own, redirecting the attack to the Betazoid.
