EARTH SPACEDOCK (RP)

The changeling stood there and nodded. "I know."

The vessels all began firing green energy sweeps at the world, coordinated in such a way that they swept through the world as one, big sweep. Once it was finished, the changeling turned back to Krystal. "The Infamous influence, such as the nanites, is all but destroyed on the homeworld now, and similar sweeps have been preformed on every other Dominion planet, installation, and vessel. Now we wait for them to come in force to take control of us again, but this time, we will be ready."

The vessels, like clockwork, arranged themselves into defensive positions around the planet, preparing for a fight.

A squadron of Infamous vessels, lead by the Infamous dreadnought Pontarrieu, warped in. The Pontarrieu hailed the Quas, and an Infamous officer's face appeared on the bridge's apparent viewscreen. "Why have we lost contact from our forces within the Dominion territories?"

The changeling replied. "The Dominion no longer serve the Infamous any longer." The changeling motioned to Krystal. "Tell them."

Captain Elric - Earth Spacedock, Operations

"Your restraint is commendable, Captain. But how are you able to stand by when people's lives are in danger? The Undine could board Spacedock and kill us all, or that armada could go to war? How do you know you aren't being tempted into power hungry insanity right now?" Elric asked. "Sorry about all the questions, but having those abilities surely warrants some inquest."

"The Undine aren't boarding spacedock and killing everyone." Nat replied. "If they do, I might just cave in and stop them."
He sighed. "Your concerns are completely understandable, though. As for the armada, what would I do? They have anti-Q medallions, and yes, I am being tempted into power hungry insanity right now, but I'm resisting it."

The officer sighed. "We will comply, although it will take some time to remove all of our influence from the quadrant..."

The changeling turned to the officer. "We can relocate your forces for you. Instruct all of your personnel, ships, and installations to reveal themselves, lower their shield, and surrender to us, then we'll use our Iconian gateways to send them to the Alpha Quadrant."
The changeling turned to Krystal. "Tell them to do so. I want every single officer, ship, and installation revealed, with their weapons and shields powered down."

"With respect..." Krystal said. "Lets not take it that far so soon. Revealing themselves could invite attack. I will personally oversee the withdrawl after we finish here today. I need to learn more about what I have available to me after all. I've already talked them out of a fight. Anything further could be seen as provocation. I want to maintain the peace, and not at gunpoint."

She then turned her attention back to the screen.
"Start pulling out of Dominion territory as soon as possible. We'll assess the facilities in neutral territory on a case by case basis, starting with those closest to Dominion space. And leave one ship here for me to use once I've settled things with the Dominion. Since you already know the location of this world... might as well make use of one to leave it. And I want a full debrief as soon as I'm aboard that ship. Anyone steps out of line will have to deal with me."

"Sorry, Captain. I may have spoken out of turn, but only because I know that if I had such powers, I'd be doing everything I could to help people in need. But I'm not in your shoes, and I don't know how something like that would really effect me. I can only imagine how it's working on you. I admire your dedication to staying within the command structure, and I know your intentions are good, but if you can't hold onto your sanity, we may be in trouble."

    Then he remembered.

"Wait. What if we tried to annihilate this power like I tried before? The ancient El-Aurian amplifier artifact is still aboard the I.S.S. Amaterasu which is inside Spacedock right now. I may have lost the medallion, but there was another medallion on that clone earlier which we could attempt to use on you in the same way."

Before Elric could respond, his console beeped. "Okay, looks like the message I sent to Admiral Nat, while we were talking, informing him of the Undine, has been received by his ships." He then went to another console. "No signs of Undine anywhere here, according to Spacedock sensors and other Sol system relay stations. But there was a linear distortion near Jupiter, possibly caused by a moving cloaked ship. I think I can track them if I get to the Amaterasu quick enough."

Captain Elric - Earth Spacedock, Shipyard

When the Captain reached the section where the Prometheus-class I.S.S. Amaterasu was docked, he was blocked by Commander Barnes at the docking doors.

    "Going somewhere?" the Benzite asked.

Elric took a breath from his run. "There are no ships around to investigate a distortion at Jupiter, so I'm taking my ship out for just a quick run around the block."

"This was your mirror counterpart's ship; not yours," he explained. "Also, your attempts at dismantling its Dominion transporter device has irrevocably damaged its systems."

The other man threw his arms up. "What!? First my original Amaterasu is nearly totaled by Na'khul and now this."

"You should be kinder to your starships, crew issues notwithstanding. At least propulsion still works on the original vessel. Space magic, I assume."

Elric snapped his fingers. "Yes, that's right." And then, "Hey, look over there!"

'Ugh. You really think that would actually work on me?" the annoyed Benzite said as he rolled his eyes, disappointed at the attempt at all. But when he returned his gaze, he found Elric was gone. "Oh."

Minutes later, the Hestia-class U.S.S. Amaterasu was activated, taken out of Spacedock and into open space.

    Captain Nat - Earth Spacedock

Captain Nat sighed. "Well, might as well do something out here."

Vice Admiral Mat'ol, a Vulcan male, walked over. "We have another task for you."

Nat turned to the Vulcan. "Fleet Admiral Nat did tell me to stay put, actually, because of various reasons. What's up?"

The Vice Admiral replied. "We know. It's here on spacedock. The I.S.S. Chronostorm still needs to be investigated, and the admiral instructed me to inform you to ready the vessel for launch as soon as possible. However, there is one technicality."

"What is it?" asked the captain, curiously.

"You will not have a very large crew at your disposal," Mat'ol continued. "The fleet admiral left behind the crew members from your universe, however, and has assigned them to you for your mission. Use them wisely; this mission is classified, and no one else can be brought aboard ship unless absolutely necessary."

Captain Nat raised an eyebrow. "Well, this'll be fun. Anything else, or should I get going now?"

Mat'ol replied. "It is not intended to be fun, and that is all." The Vulcan turned briskly and walked out, and the captain went to round up his crew, as few of them as there were, and begin working on the Terran Temporal Destroyer.

The Changeling and Krystal beamed down, and the changeling approached the Great Link. Another changeling emerged from the liquid, and the 2 changelings turned to Krystal, and the well known enough changeling spoke up. "We would rather not waste time for the formalities, so be fast."

Captain Nat - I.S.S. Chronostorm, Bridge

Captain Nat, along with 3 of 5, 4 of 7, Gyta, and Dr. Salora walked into the bridge of the Terran Alliance Mobius Temporal Destroyer. The consoles were all dark, although the lights were lit, albeit somewhat dimly. Nat turned to 4 of 7. "Got an assessment for all this?"

4 of 7 replied. "You'd think they'd give us more crew, after all, the 5 of us can't exactly run a ship." He examined the consoles, and tried to activate them. A bit of static electricity sparked about, but the console didn't turn on. 4 of 7 bent down and looked under the console, and sighed. "Looks like they sent a power surge through the consoles first so we wouldn't be able to take control of the ship too quickly after they left it for us."

"Oh, that's great. I guess we'll have to get these all up and running, or just replace them," Nat replied, continuing, "although I figure we should probably get some help over here, cuz the 5 of us can't do it alone. Think we could bring in Exocomps?"

3 of 5 replied. "I wouldn't be surprised if the Terrans have Exocomps of their own. Maybe we could reprogram them to work for us, because hey, their Exocomps are probably a hell of a lot smarter and more advanced, so they might work quicker."

They headed down for the cargo bays to look for Exocomps.

D'ren Omega was not there, and neither was Aenlyn or Kidna. Why would they be? That would be dumb. And Aenlyn was not very happy with D'ren.

As they entered the huge bridge of the r'Llaillieu, the Trill was still cross with him. "Not only am I confused about, well, everything, but I'm upset you had the Vorta blast me into dreamland."

D'ren smirked. "Everything I do is strategic darlin'... Now, does this dreadnought have trans-dimensional capability?"

The trio wore armbands that kept them out of phase with everyone else on the ship. Aenlyn nodded with frustration and pointed to a tiny, unassuming and inconspicuous console in the back corner. D'ren went over and hit a few buttons.

The entire ship vanished into another dimension, leaving anyone without nanites in space. The other two Infamous Armada ships lost anti-matter containment for some reason and blew up.

"So are they there or not?"

Jim sighed to the admiral's question. "No, not a one."

Scott turned to Admiral Nat. "Admiral, they're gone. The dreadnought vanished, and the other ships exploded."

Nat turned to Scott, glaring. "They're gone. Of course they're gone." The admiral turned back to Jim. "Have our guys bring back that torpedo from the Hepzibah, secure the ship, and have some guys fly the ship back with us to spacedock."

Jim nodded, and closed the channel. Nat turned to Burt and Sek. "Tell the fleet that we're heading back to spacedock, and taking the Hepzibah back with us. We leave once the Hepzibah is ready."

Sek nodded and replied. "Yes sir."

    Later...

After being readied, the Hepzibah warped back to ESD, escorted by the fleet.

    Later still... Earth Spacedock

The ships arrived, and the Hepzibah docked with Earth Spacedock.

Admiral Nat contacted Captain Nat. "How are things going for you?"

Captain Nat sighed, while sitting in at the engineering/environmental station of the bridge, which was being repaired. "With a crew of 5, not very quickly. We need more crew."

Admiral Nat facepalmed. "Of course you don't have enough guys. Scott, get some more guys, preferably temporal operatives, and beam over to help them. Only reliable crew that have served with us for a long time though, I'd hate for somebody to steal the Chronostormand cause all manner of destruction."

Scott nodded and walked out of the bridge to look for more crew. Admiral Nat continued to the captain. "Anything else?"

Captain Nat replied. "That probable Undine we sent a message about, and Elric went looking for some cloaked ship or something out by Jupiter."

"We'll go help him check it out, I suppose," Admiral Nat replied, "once Scott and his guys finish getting over there to help you."

    The changelings nodded. "Agreed. Goodbye."

    I.S.S. Chronostorm

Scott beamed to the bridge, along with a couple of other officers; a Liberated Borg Romulan female, in the science department, named 7 of 14, a Cardassian female in operations named Meldan, and a Photonic MACO. Captain Nat raised an eyebrow. "This is it? The four of you?"

Scott shook his head. "I send the other dozen guys to main engineering, and yes, this is all."

Nat sighed. "Well, not much has happened, really. We fixed the bridge consoles, although we had to reconfigure a couple of them from scratch, although I doubt it'll be a bad thing."

    "How so?" asked Scott.

Nat replied. "They had the operations and science consoles the reverse before, but I think we both agree ops belongs near the Conn, right? Well, at least, that conn... this bridge kinda has two."

Scott deadpanned, and Nat continued. "One is for temporal flight and temporal navigation, analysis, and stuff, the other by the tactical console is for combat. Regardless, we're working on bringing the ship back online, and I personally was getting ready to check the ship, room by room, just to figure out this thing... and make sure Mirror Nat didn't leave us any more surprises."

"Sounds good. I'll stay here on the bridge and we'll work with the guys you already had here to work on the ship, you... go ahead, I guess. Take the photonic MACO with you, just in case." Scott awaited a response, and Nat nodded, motioning for the holographic MACO to follow, then walking out. Scott and his crew got back to work.
